Design of a New Verde Canyon Railroad Outdoor Patios, Public Entry, Shade Canopies, Outdoor Sitting Areas, Bar & Pedestrian Circulation.

Remodel the Existing Train Depot including Exterior Additions & Alterations, New Depot Main Entry, Reception/ Greeting Area, Remodel the Existing Retail Area, Public Toilets & Expand the Existing Commercial Kitchen with a Food Line Area, New Walkin Cooler & Beverage Pick up Area.

The Design incorporates a Natural Steel Canopy Structures, Rusted Corrugated Metal Roofing, the use of Recycled Railroad Track as Canopy Columns & other miscellaneous Railroad Hardware used as Decoration Steel Accents throughout the Depot.
