Prescott College – Cicada Building Renovations

A 3,687 S.F. Renovation to a Historic Building on the Prescott College Campus. The Project Exterior Renovations include a New Roof, New Clerestory Skylights, New Rooftop HVAC Unit, a New Main Entry & Exterior Façade Improvements. The Interior Renovations include the New ECOSA Studio Spaces, New ART Studio, New Photography Studio, a Recording Booth & all Support Spaces. This Project was completed in May 2024.
