Master Planning and renovation work for the historic Town of Clarkdale government complex. Work included:

Town Hall – Renovations for new office space for various departments w/ ADA Compliance. 1,700 S.F. Completed 1995. Heritage Conservancy – Renovations for a New Museum w/ ADA Compliance. 2,198 S.F. Completed 2004. Police Department – Renovations for New Offices w/ ADA Compliance. 3,636 S.F. Completed 2004. Fire Department – Planning Only, for new Office, Conference and Sleeping Rooms. Planning/Zoning/Building/ Engineering Offices – Renovations for New Offices w/ ADA Compliance. 3,165 S.F. Completed 2004. Clark Memorial Clubhouse – Renovations for ADA compliance to Lobby, Public Toilets and Mens’ Lounge, Council Chambers with new ADA ramp additions. 3,980 S.F. renovated area. Renovations preserved existing historic appearance. Completed 2019.

This work was an extensive renovation to the Town of Clarkdale government office complex that is on the National Register of Historic Places. The project was built during regular business hours and the public had to be able to access the existing Town Departments. This project was Federally funded by various grants including CDBG grants. This project phases were on time and in budget.
