Design of a New Barrel Room, Tasting Room & Case Storage on a 2 Acre Site.

PHASE 1: New 3,850 s.f. Barrel Room including Cold Storage, Wine Barrel & Fermentation Tank, Storage, Mezzanine for Conference & Meeting Area, Break Room, Storage, Building & Staff Support Areas.

PHASE 2: Design of a New Tasting Room & Case Storage approximately 5,000 s.f. including a Tasting Room w/ indoor seating for 110 persons, Warming Kitchen, Office, Support Areas & Covered Outdoor Patios for 60 persons. Site Work for Both Phases includes Public & Employee Parking, Food Truck Parking, Utility Upgrades, New Main Entrance, Xeriscape & 1 Acre Vineyards.

PHASE 1 was completed in 2022
