About Our Firm
Our firm strives to develop projects that are dictated by creative, practical and environmentally aware solutions. The diverse life experiences of our employees, including education, travel and individual interests have contributed to our broadened vision by incorporating regional, cultural and individual sensitivities to each project. We continually research alternative products, applications and cost substitutions to provide practical and healthful solutions. We have learned that all building projects are team efforts and we strive to build bridges between our Clients, Contractors and Consultants.
As part of our sustainable architectural practice we offer our clients the option of LEED certifying their projects. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a green building rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (U.S.G.B.C.). It is the most widely recognized of several green building rating systems.
Our current office, built in 1999, reflects our philosophy by expressing passive solar design principles. It is built with green and sustainable materials and an off-grid photovoltaic (PV) electrical system. We are located in a rural area bordering national forest, at the base of Mingus Mountain and adjacent to Mescal Wash.
