A new 2,876 S.F. Addition to an existing 2,811 S.F. Residence. The existing Residence, constructed in 1981, was built on an existing Red Rock outcropping. The new Addition includes a new 2-story Entry/Gallery, enlarged Living/Dining Room and Kitchen, a new Master Bedroom + Master Bath, a Bedroom + Private Bathroom, new Study with Office Area, a new Utility Room, a 2-Story ADA Elevator, and new Trex Decks. The Addition incorporated Passive Solar Design, green + sustainable building materials, a 10kw Photovoltaic Electric Grid Tie System, Solar Hot Water, a Wetlands Sanitary Disposal System, & Native Landscape.
