A Mixed-Use Residential and Office Complex.
The concept integrates commercial spaces with residential spaces, all of which extend along a central community garden space and walkway. The first phase of this project, which includes (7) residential units was completed in 2016. The design includes recycled building materials, passive solar design, sustainable landscaping methods and other environmentally friendly techniques. A planned 30kW Solar PV Array will not be constructed in the first phase.
