Design a New Winery & Tasting Rooms on an existing 10.6 Acres Vineyard Site. Project to be done in 4 Phases:

PHASE 1: Renovate the existing Tasting Room Parking Lot, New Monument Sign, Renovate the existing Storage Building into the new Wine Club Tasting Room including new Patios, enlarge the existing Well House, New Fire Pump and Fire Water Tank, required Road and Infra-Structure Improvements.

PHASE 2: Renovate and expand the existing Tasting Room including enlarged seating for 75 persons, New Bar, Enlarged Retail Area, New Commercial Kitchen, Manager’s office, Storage & Support Spaces. New Covered Patio Areas, Small Performance Platform.

PHASE 3: Renovate and expand the existing 2050 s.f. Winery, a New 3000 s.f. Winery addition for wine production, Fermentation Tanks, Barrel Room, Case Storage & Covered Outdoor Crush Pad. Site work includes expand the existing Winery Parking Area, new Storage, new Septic System and Leach Fields.

PHASE 4: Renovate and expand the existing Guest House and Main House including Infra-Structure Improvements.
